How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you have ever wondered whether life could feel a little lighter, or if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about your own growth, therapy can be a helpful space. You do not have to wait until things feel “bad enough” to start-therapy can support you through challenges, transitions, or simply learning more about yourself. The best way to know is to try a session and see how it feels for you.

Why might I want to take a wellness panel test?

Sometimes our body gives us signals—like low energy, brain fog, or digestive issues—but it is hard to know what is really going on. Wellness panels provide a deeper look inside, helping us understand what your body needs so we can create a plan the supports both your physical and mental health.
