Walk & Talk Therapy
Movement, nature and connection for mind-body healing
Therapy doesn’t always have to take place inside four walls.
Walk & Talk Therapy brings the healing process outdoors—combining the benefits of movement, nature and conversation to support emotional well-being.
Walking side by side creates a comfortable and grounding environment that encourages openness, reflection, and calm.

If this happens, we can pause conversation, shift topics, or change direction to maintain as much privacy as possible. These boundaries will be discussed prior to the first walk & talk session so you feel comfortable and informed about how confidentiality is managed outdoors.
